Always A Bodybuilder

Now I am officially five weeks out from the Jay Cutler Classic. The first stop before the Master Nationals heard in Pittsburgh PA July 19th weekend.

What can I say… I’m that much better this week and I am still ready to step on stage. But more importantly I am taking my body to a new level of size and conditioning.

To think that you are already ripped and you have a chance to get even more freaky, goes beyond words at this point.

This is where “muscle memory” is rewriting its software and establishing a new OS to reference too…

To me, muscles memory is 100% visailazltion. If you can see yourself there, you can get there again and every time you see yourself somewhere new, you have grown to that next level and there is no going back, if you don’t let it, only forward into new ground of muscle memory.

In this fun, upbeat mindful movement class, that is infused with the music and dance of flamenco, students will absorb the dramatic postures and colorful flavor of flamenco while exploring yoga poses, flamenco technique, breathwork and meditation.
